The Lodge of Four Seasons’ full-time sales and reservation force brings guests to you. The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company works hand-in-hand with the Lodge to secure room nights for your condominium. Ten staff members – including staff in St. Louis and Kansas City – actively market and book conference and group business year-round. Groups have historically accounted for approximately 70 percent of the Lodge’s business. The Avila clubhouse, when completed, will feature meeting rooms and a fitness room, adding even more incentive for groups. Additional marketing and packaging strategies target leisure guests to bring even more business to the resort and Avila at the Lodge.

Every condominium in the rental program receives daily cleaning and immediate maintenance attention. Every condominium that is part of the The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company program receives the utmost care and attention. The Lodge of Four Seasons staff is on-site 24 hours a day to assist our guests. The Lodge of Four Seasons provides daily guest housekeeping and maintenance service. Owners have the option of daily cleaning or end-of-stay cleaning when using their residence.
