The Lodge of Four Seasons’ full-time sales and reservation force brings guests to you. The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company works hand-in-hand with the Lodge to secure room nights for your condominium. Ten staff members – including staff in St. Louis and Kansas City – actively market and book conference and group business year-round. Groups have historically accounted for approximately 70 percent of the Lodge’s business. The Avila clubhouse, when completed, will feature meeting rooms and a fitness room, adding even more incentive for groups. Additional marketing and packaging strategies target leisure guests to bring even more business to the resort and Avila at the Lodge.

Every condominium in the rental program receives daily cleaning and immediate maintenance attention. Every condominium that is part of the The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company program receives the utmost care and attention. The Lodge of Four Seasons staff is on-site 24 hours a day to assist our guests. The Lodge of Four Seasons provides daily housekeeping and maintenance service. Guests from an outside rental service cannot call for this service from the Lodge. Only condominiums on the The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company program will receive such advantages as assistance with accidental lock-outs, plumbing problems, etc.

Only Avila guests in condominiums participating in the The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company program receive full access to and privileges at the Lodge of Four Seasons resort. As an Avila owner, you have full access to Lodge amenities – boat docks, the marina, Spa Shiki, Witch’s Cove, Seasons Ridge, HK’s, Mist Lounge, Resort Designs – plus concierge service and on-site transportation, room service, heated outdoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor pool and more. When you add your condominium to the The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company program, your guests will enjoy the same privileged access, as well as conveniently post charges to their guest room. All owners, regardless of rental program affiliation, enjoy these privileges. However, if an owner is not part of the The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company program, their guests from an outside rental service and their private guests will not receive the same rights and privileges.
