RENTAL INCOME
through lease options with The Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Company

Two -Year Lease-Back Agreement

Owners receive a fixed monthly fee in an amount between $1,675.00 to $2,075.00 in return for the rental of their unit through the Lodge of Four Seasons
Owner pays zero assessments or personal fees such as utilities and insurance for two years, they are paid by the Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Management Company on the owner’s behalf.
Owner’s usage is 14 days
14 days through RCI exchange. Initiation fee and 1st year’s dues paid to RCI for the owner
Owner pays their real estate taxes, owner’s contents insurance and the annual fee of $850 for deep cleaning and minor maintenance only

50% - 50% Seven -Year Rental Management Agreement

50% to owner – 50% to Rental Management Company revenue split for 7 years
Owner pays zero assessments or personal fees such as utilities and insurance for 7 years, they are paid by the Lodge of Four Seasons Rental Management Company on the owner’s behalf..
5% holdback fund from the gross income for furniture and fixture replacement is held on the owner’s behalf
Unlimited usage – owners may make their reservations within 60 days RCI exchange of 14 days is provided with the initiation fee and 1st year’s dues paid for the owner
Owner pays their real estate taxes, owner’s contents insurance, and the annual fee of $850 for deep cleaning and minor maintenance only
